	USE THE LAUNCH SUPPORT PORTAL This is the easiest and fastest way to get Help Simply click on our logo (lower right corner of the desktop, next to the Clock) Click on the Support Portal pop-up; a window will open, guiding you easily through the process!
	SEND US AN EMAIL If you’d prefer email, simply shoot us an email to support@launchits.com This will automatically enter a ticket into our system and we’ll work on it as soon as possible. You’ll get an automated reply confirming we’ve got it!
	CALL OR TEXT US You can call (or text) our Support Help Desk at 480-999-5468. If you need help URGENTLY, make sure you call us first, before using any of the other methods.
	CHAT WITH US Our support team is also available via chat if you prefer. Simply click on our logo (lower right corner of the desktop, next to the Clock) Click on the Start Chat pop-up; a window will open, allowing you to start a chat with one of our crew members!
